Founding
Musangking Plantation Co., Ltd (MSKP) was found in 2021. The company was initialized by Mr. Simon Lee, a chairman and founder of Angel Real Estate Consultancy Co., Ltd. During the covid-19 outbreak, selling property like condominium and housing project was very challenging. However, in terms of the property sense, land price in provinces are expected to increase due to the increase in land demand for agriculture. Our founder decided to start investing in land and durian plantation, exotic fruit that supply can never satisfy the demand due the weather, soil and knowhow to grow, maintain and bear the fruits of durian trees. Currently, MSKP already launch durian plantation for 1,194 acres in different types of zone in Thailand where mostly located in Eastern, Central Eastern and Western zone of Thailand to diversify the risk from natural disaster as well as be able to support the durian supply throughout the entire year.
With great partners and wide range of network, MSKP cooperates with reliable durian factory in Eastern and Southern part of Thailand who export fresh durian to China market. To emphasize, we also export fresh durian to wholesaler in Guangzhou Jiangnan Market, Jiaxin, Chengdu, Beijing, Shenyang, Zhengzhou, and Xian

Our Pre and Post Plantation Process
Site Survey and Resource Analysis
- Surveying land by checking soil condition including soil PH and soil structure and water resource
Plantation Feasibility Study:
- Contour, Layout, budget proposal and Water System Design
Land Development:
- Backhoe Job: Landscape waterway using cement pipe, ground leveling, dig pond (using soil from the bottom of the pond), build ridge, build khok and dike and build main road.
Utility Infrastructure Implementation:
- Implementing Electrical system using 50-100 KVA or solar power
Water System for Durian Plantation:
- Water System, water filter, piping and sprinkler
Utility Construction:
- Construct office, gardener House, Storage, fence, and Car Park
Pre-Plantation preparation:
- Prepare rocks, laterite soil, cow manure, husk, bamboo shoot & compost
Maintenance and repair machinery
Sourcing Quality seedlings and young durian trees:
- Prepare Young tree Monthong, Musang King and Black Thorn
Human Resource Recruitment:
- Bring in experience foreman and gardeners
Prepare right fertilizer and pesticides for healthy durian trees
- By preparing the right fertilizer and putting at the right time. Durian trees can consume the right nutrients that can support the growing of tree trunk and branches as well as producing young new leaves.
Prepare 200 L. oil tanks together with the oil dispenser
- Store bensin and diesel for internal use with company’s gardening machinery and equipment
Stock up equipement and gardening spare parts
- Pipe PVC, Fertilizer, Equipment, Sprinklers, Pesticides, Hydraulic Oil, 2T and 4T Oil, PVC Connector, Electrical Lines, Blades Cutter, Weed Cutter, and Pipe PE to reduce going out to buy and save petrol
Sourcing Kubota tractor, Trailer, Bulldozer, Plow 5, Lawn Mover and backhoe
